Guarantees

  • All courses can be repeated absolutely free of charge, provided space and course availability in our public schedule. This also applies to course upgrades with minor changes. Only the additional charges might apply to new course material. This guarantee is applicable to our in class and live online courses.

  • We have a 97% pass rate for the (PMP)® Exam Prep Course. We are so confident in the quality of our certified trainers and curriculum, that we guarantee that you will pass your exam or we will allow you to attend the class again free of charge. If someone does not pass the (PMP)® Exam twice we will refund the exam fee for the third attempt provided they attempt the exam within 30 days of taking the course and a retake attempt also within 30 days of the prior attempt.

Cancellation/Rescheduling policy

ITIC System, LLC reserves the right to reschedule/cancel an event, or change the location of an event.

  • In case ITIC System, LLC cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate. Alternatively, the delegate can also choose a different session at no additional cost.
  • If a delegate cancels a session, no refund will be made.
  • If a delegate wishes to reschedule his/her session, a rescheduling fee of $250 will be charged.
  • If any participant is not satisfied with the session, he/she needs to inform us within 24 hours of the first session. We will refund the entire amount. Participants should communicate the same to us via email info@iticsystem.com or call us at +1 (410) 831 9481
  • Online Self-Learning courses have a 3-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the course and report this over an email to info@iticsystem.com within 3 days from the date of purchase, we will refund the entire amount.

    This guarantee is considered void in any of the following cases. If the candidate has:
    • Completed more than 30% of the course.
    • Downloaded any of the offline materials.
    • Attempted one or more mock exams.
    • Used exam vouchers.
  • Registrations for our exam service, note that all exams will be booked within 1 year from the date of registration. Registrants will need to provide necessary information on time to enable us to book exams.
  • No refunds will be made on examination services’ registration fees.
  • Exam services will take up to 20 working days for processing examination applications.
  • Soft copies will be provided for certificates received from third party and accreditation bodies. If a delegate requires a print copy, an additional amount towards shipping, handling and related charges will be charged on actuals.
